Before your Massage.

Please come in knowing that you are in a safe and comfortable environment. Think of anything you want me to be aware of and feel free to share that with me. You will have a chance to fill out a brief Intake Form so I can assess what you need. It’s always a good idea to come in clean and hydrated. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

During your Massage.

If at any time during your massage you start to feel uncomfortable or are in pain, please let me know so I can make adjustments! Also, let me know if we are properly addressing the issues you are most concerned with. Be sure to breathe and relax during your massage.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations in less than 24hrs of its scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service and No-Shows will be charged for 100% the service. Incurred fees must be paid before rebooking.

What to do after your Massage.

Schedule.

Schedule your next appointment to help keep your body functioning at its best.

Hydrate.

Drink plenty of water over the next 24 hours to make sure your muscles, organs and cells stay properly hydrated.

Nourish.

Take in healthy foods that are high in nutrients that will help your body fight strain and stress.

Exercise.

Just like massage, exercise keeps your muscles stay active and helps relieve tension. So try getting a good sweat in a couple days after your massage.
